Wins this week:

  1. The design of Pooki's candles are complete and we are now in negotiations with our factory over pricing and production
  2. Our deal with our French distributor has been confirmed and contract has been signed by both parties
  3. Negotiated new custom rates with DHL
  4. Agreed on a way of working with our distributor as we were clashing over ho to work together and avoid mutual cannibalisation
  5. Picklepals custom sitemap generation completed. Now need to look to ways to improve native SEO of a site hosted on vercel and built in nextjs
  6. Launched the new Laneway Paddle Co website
  7. Set up our Faire Account
  8. Ready to ship into Amazon FBA, just waiting on Amazon team to confirm before we ship in
  9. Paire x BBT Club collab socks sent into production and ready to go

Losses/Pains this week:

  1. Still a bit too fragmented and struggling to fully focus and push different projects through
  2. Productively procrastinated on importing all of our products onto Amazon and getting marketplaces with all of our 100 skus fully setup on Amazon or Catch
  3. Ebay account was suspended - now need to work on ways to get that back
  4. Shopline had too many issues and as such we decided not to go ahead with it
  5. Decrease in wrk output from juniors - though this has helped me with being able to get more of my own work done

Looking forward to next week:

  1. Finalising candles for production to be able to arrive by our October 1 launch date
  2. Piccolo me and Whale meetings to discuss long term potential partnerships
  3. Bubble Tea Wholesale - Looking at ways to grow it
  4. Pooki - starting to fund and look at ways to push growth and virality
  5. Amazon marketplace products to be set up
  6. Picklepals coding development - working on a listing management interface and platform
