13-08-2023: Week In Review

Wins this week:

1. Meeting with our Freight Forwarder went well - we just need to finalise our global supplier lists
2. We have now uploaded all of our products to Amazon
3. Faire has been a pretty good value add with almost $1000 in revenue over the past week
4. Finished Draft Website for Repeatable Revenue
5. Had a good chat with Justin from Pushas - was quite insightful to learn about how they fought through cash issues and turned the business around
6. We have now come up with a proper content and success plan for Pooki

Lessons/Pains learnt this week:

1. Still a bit too fragmented and struggling to fully focus and push different projects through
2. Was quite hard to get work done whilst being in Sydney for half the week
3. Amazon account was temporarily down due to 'suspicious account access' which I estimate may be related to our VA
4. Candles continue to be delayed and we are yet to confirm a price from negotiations
5. Wholesale Growth in Outbound and Inbound sales is yet to take off
