17-09-2023: Week In Review

Wins this week:

1. Amazon Prime day and seasonal promos done
2. Sorted out Nuttea stock
3. BBT CASHFLOW BREAKEVEN!!! After more than a year of cashflow negativity
4. Met a Frozen Pearl Factory for BBT Club which could be gamechanger. They also can do snow ice which we could use to unleash snow ice upon the mainstream market
5. Pooki AR MVP to show we can do it done
6. Had some bevs with the Shopline team which went great

Lessons/Pains learnt this week:

1. Wow, meeting the AYC director was crazy. Never been grilled so hard in a pitch meeting before. Was good to validate no need for us to build our own wallet though. Great Learning
2. I really started to learn the pain on what I'm going to have to sacrifice to focus on succeeding.
3. Lagrace home wasn't exactly what we expected as it probably isn't just a dev project but will entail more than that.
4. Really struggled to get any work done due to sooooo many meetings with people
5. Nuttea making us run out of stock so bad that we might have to double their cost price

Looking forward to next week:

1. Placed Order with Fokus for wholesale stock arriving end of october
2. Getting wholesale orders for our new frozen pearl and snow ice products
3. Trying to close La Grace Home
4. BBT Club Pooki and Paire Collabs sorted out
