Wins this week:

  1. Hired an internal animator for pooki and started properly testing animations and reels - Pooki's plan and tasks are done
  2. Finally confirmed and placed candles order including confirmed designs
  3. Taken over wholesale inbound sales and confirmed KPIs and project structuring
  4. Fired Amazon Agency and setup Amazon AU with ads
  5. Meeting with Piccolo Me - Keen to work together and properly launch into his 40 stores after a trial period

Lessons/Pains learnt this week:

  1. Overall work output was below what I wanted
  2. Still feeling a bit too cluttered and like I lack focus
  3. Confirmed the cancellation and refund of our cups development project - we are writing off the cost there

Looking forward to next week:

  1. Increasing wholesale sales
  2. Focusing on looking at ways to eventually grow Pooki & BBT Club
